Our clients are looking for
candidates that have a history of success. They are
seeking employees who will bring knowledge and proven
skills to the job and come with verifiable experience.
The process:
- To begin a search for the
perfect job, contact our office to
discuss your needs or if you prefer, fill
out our interest form and we will contact you
within 2days. Once we have confirmed that you meet
our requirements, we will schedule you for an in-depth

please bring several items:

• Names, addresses and phone numbers of three
references involving your experience with children
within the last 3 years. We accept references from
various sources which demonstrate your experience
with children: previous nanny positions, day care
centers, volunteer assignments, and teaching positions.
We require that you have a minimum of 2 years experience
in working with children.
- After we have checked your
references, you will be asked to complete a free,
3-hour Health & Safety Orientation session and
receive an overview of our agency’s guidelines.
You will also be required to take a CPR course and
have a TB test. We also require that you have legal
resident status in the United States.
- You will be required to
agree to a pre-employment criminal background check
once you are offered employment.
- While you are waiting for
a long-term position, you may consider working in
our Temporary/Short-Term positions.

How
long will it take to find the right position?
Search time varies based on
the candidate's background and the type of position
required. A candidate’s search may be as short
as a week or as long as several months depending on
specific needs. Live-in searches typically take longer
than live-out searches because of the unique structure
of the live-in market and the additional criteria for
desired living quarters. Your placement counselor may
be able to give you a better idea of how long your particular
search may take.
