The beginning of school always brings with it resolutions to be "something more." Maybe it's a desire to be more organized, more informed, healthier or better citizens. If so, we've got some wonderful information for you within this newsletter. Vicki Hancock brings you easy ways to organize your children for back-to-school and if you take a look at our Calendar of Events, you just might find something that will make your life better.
We at Staffing Solutions @ Mother's Aides would also like to be "something more." Over the years, we have dealt with several families who have lost children to illness. In an effort to honor those beautiful children, we have established a relationship with Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. and have pledged to donate a portion of every new registration to help make wishes come true in the Washington, DC Area. In addition, we have made it easy for you to donate at your will to this worthwhile cause on our website.
Wishing you all a great new beginning!

Staffing Solutions Partners with Make-A-Wish Foundation
Staffing Solutions is a proud supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, an organization that shares a love for children and their well being. Founded in 1979, Staffing Solutions began as a childcare resource for working parents. Since then, we have grown to be one of the largest household staffing companies in the Washington, DC area, servicing some of the area's finest families.
Through our history, we have come to know numerous wonderful families, many of whom have touched our lives and hearts. Of these families, we have been especially moved by those who have experienced the suffering and tremendous loss of a precious child from a life-threatening illness. We at Staffing Solutions are privileged to take time to honor our Staffing Solutions families and remember those they have lost by supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Their work in reaching out to children in our local communities with life-threatening diseases is so personal to us.
As a sincere demonstration of our support, a portion of each application fee will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. (Five dollars will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic for every completed application beginning on September 12, 2007 and will continue through the years). And we invite our current clients and providers to make a difference with us. We encourage you to come to us with creative ideas to help support the Make-A-Wish Foundation. |
